Saving Face Outreach: SOC Films has developed Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) as part of its outreach campaign for the film, Saving Face. These television messages aim to educate audiences about the Acid Control and Acid Crime Prevention Bill 2010, which effectively increased punishments awarded to perpetrators of acid violence. By presenting visceral and poignant accounts of the brutality of acid attacks, these PSA’s intend to disseminate large scale awareness about legal processes and resources available to survivors of acid violence.
